A Baltimore/D.C. man who allegedly bought the ticket in Arizona walks in to pay for gas, checks his ticket and the winning numbers to see HE WON!! Now here's where I am confused. The video was shot Friday two days after the drawing. If you knew you could have won 700+ million wouldn't you have been watching the NIGHT OF??? We'll see what happens...
